Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NV)

Reporting company used your report improperly. On XX/XX/2020 I sent all XXXX credit bureaus ( Equifax, XXXX, and XXXX ) removal letters via certified mail asking to have several accounts reporting about alleged debts removed from my consumer report. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ) Exclusions " any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device ; should be excluded from my consumer report. '' All letters were also sent with a green return receipt and only one of the companies has signed saying they received it. Under federal law, these corporations have violated me as a consumer.
