Problem during payment process. Re : Case Number XXXX The referenced case was filed concerning the late posting of my payment to the credit card account with First Progress Card. The initial payment of {$40.00} was made through my bill payment service with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and posted to my credit card account with First Progress on XX/XX/XXXX, which resulted a late fee of {$11.00}. Subsequently, I made the late payment fee on XX/XX/XXXX via XXXX XXXX XXXX which posted on XX/XX/XXXX to account with First Progress. I don't understand why it only took one to post the {$11.00} and it took several days to post the {$40.00} payment. Both payments were processed via bill payment service with XXXX XXXX XXXX.
