None. the processor who screwed up my file, XXXX was fired two days after his mistake. The underwriter admitted they messed up as well as lender. Should of advised me Bc I reached out to to 2 other lenders who were able to access the file in less that 2 hours and notify me that the loan could not be done Bc of the foreclosure. I had a 21 financial contingency and because of their gross negligence the day before closing I was notified that i was not going to be able to close the next day. I lost my $ XXXX in earnest money and could be sued for more Bc of the sellers time wasted with property off market.
