Problem during payment process. I purchased a cell phone through XXXX XXXX XXXX through Synchrony Bank. The intent was of course to pay the phone off in incremental payments each month as described when I applied for the financing. I set up auto-pay to be directed to the " monthly statement. '' Synchrony Bank then decided that my monthly statement should be my total account balance and charged me for the full value of the phone in one bill, not the incremental payment that was agreed upon when financing was established. It is now requesting that I provide a paper form through the mail for a billing disupte and it will return my funds in a month ( far too long ). It misrepresented its payment system and was quite frankly fraudulent in doing so.
