Debt collection — Medical-Dental-Hospital Bureau of San Antonio (TX)

Debt was paid. XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, Texas sent me to collections for a bill that was already paid for. As a XXXX XXXX veteran, I was told that the bill was going to be covered under XXXX insurance. I told the billing department before any services were being used, that it needed to be covered in full by XXXX before I used their services. 6 months later, I was told that they would cover it and that they would call me back if anything changes. 4 months after that, I received a letter a letter in the mail that I was sent to collections. They sent me no communications that anything was even owed anymore. They have had a lot of turnover in their billing department so this may be the reason why.
