It is my understanding that Under the FCRA 15 U.S.C. 1681i, every single one even each any or all of the unproven, noncompliant, incomplete, untrue, incorrect, and or unverified aspects of any alleged derogatory accounts must be promptly negated in its entirety or the alleged accounts are to be completely deleted.
