I paid the first payment that was due on XXXX XXXX, 2020, and at that time I set up a recurring automatic payment for all future payments. When I realized my XXXX and XXXX payments were not taken out of my account, I immediately called to make those payments over the phone. At that point, I resubmitted the automatic payment details and reconfirmed that it was set up -- again. I am making this compliant to the CFPB after filing a compliant with Veterans United Home Loans to dispute the late payment added to my credit report.
