Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I disputed and inaccurate report bankruptcy with XXXX XXXX and Equifax. I reached out to the bankruptcy court and was told that they do not furnish this information to the credit bureaus. However XXXX sent a letter saying the plaintiff attorney verified the bankruptcy. The bankruptcy court provided me a letter ALREADY stating that this was false so clearly XXXX is lying. I have reached out to an attorney and will file a suit against XXXX Equifax and XXXX for inaccurate reporting Equifax and XXXX claim they for their information from XXXX XXXX. However XXXX XXXX doesnt have this information in their file and claims that they never verified this info with the bankruptcy because they can not verify false information
