Overdrafts and overdraft fees. on the XX/XX/2021 Bank Of America charged me 3 overdraft fees on items that I already paid for days prior, their excuse is that the merchant just came in to collect the funds that was promise to them. My concerns is that when I made these purchases the funds were available on that day and they were subtracted form my checking account on the day of the purchase in other words they were reserved for the merchant if the merchant came to collect their funds a week or a year later, if the funds were already subtracted on the day of the purchase ( my account was already charged and my new available balance reflected the purchase on the day of the purchase ) why am I paying overdraft fees on things that I already paid for? there's plenty of law suit on these matter
