Checking or savings account — JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. (TX)

Problem accessing account. on XX/XX/XXXX, with no notice, my bank accounts were locked and restricted at Chase Bank. After several hours on the phone and 2 trips to the local branch I was told it was due to my husband receiving unemployment funds. These funds are legitimate and we provided 20+ pages of documentation. Additionally my own payroll deposits from my employer were questioned and I was informed those funds are being held due as well. No matter what documentation we provide we were informed that our accounts are closed and any funds would eventually be returned to us, up to 4 months. This is crazy when the payments are legal and legit payments.
