Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. As of today, Experian has continue to leave inaccurate credit information on my credit report as reviewed on my credit report online. Several disputes have been taken but the request to remove an delete inaccurate information has continue remain my credit file. I have submitted a certified letter to Experian about the inaccurate information that is on my credit file from item XXXX XXXX. Experian can clearly see the information is not a match but has continue to leave fed loan on my credit report this is against the FTC. In result the inaccurate information does not match and a request to remove and delete this off from my credit report.
