Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. On XX/XX/2021, I mailed a letter requesting a method of investigation for inaccurate accounts that were claimed to be verified so that I could follow up. The FCRA gives 15 days for this information to get to me. However, it has been 6 weeks and I still haven't received the request!!!
