None. On XX/XX/XXXX, we attempted to unfreeze our Equifax accounts to refinance our mortgage. I went online and was able to unfreeze my account, but when I attempted to go to my wife 's account I was unable to log in to the online account and was only left with a number to call. After calling the number you are forced into an automated service that first tells you about promotions then has you verify basic information. I was able to do this even though it takes about 5 or so minutes. It asks you vague questions about your credit history past. Some of these questions are so vague that it is impossible to answer such as " Have you ever had a jewelry, auto, retail or finance account? '' or " What was the mortgage lender you had in XXXX? '' I got this one wrong because I think it was the or
