Problem getting your free annual credit report. Transunion will not allow access to the free annual credit report. I established an online account several years ago and have had no problem until today. The agent told me that to access my credit report, I would first have to cancel my current free account and then open a new subscription account. The agent did tell me that credit freezes and disputes could be handled with my current account, but I am unable to login into the account. It looks to me that Transunion is up to their old tricks of XXXX customers to improve their profits.
