The inquiry was on XX/XX/XXXX and the creditor/company was XX/XX/XXXX. I connected Equifax on XX/XX/XXXX informed them of the fraudulent inquiry and they created a dispute ( dispute # XXXX XXXX. The results came back that the inquiry is deleted. I reviewed my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and noticed the " deleted '' inquiry was not removed.
