Reporting company used your report improperly. I have a credit card at BANK of AMERICA, number XXXX. In XX/XX/2020, COVID situation, Bank Of America informed to credit reports that i was delinquent. We are in pandemic and at this time was not been informed this lates. I lated but i paid! However, this information is at my CREDIT REPORT and my score in going down for that. I called to Bank of America and they want to open a disput. I don ; t want to disput, i just want to be excluded because we wwere at COVID situation and the ammount of XXXX $ was informed like delinquent. They don't want to exclude that, even i informed that all the banks were not reporting by Covid situation.
