Checking or savings account — JPMORGAN CHASE & CO. (WI)

Can't close your account. I believe that the bank is purposefully withholding funds from our deceased parents checking and savings from being rightfully distributed to one of the three beneficiaries. As the estate representative I am unable to close these accounts and place them into the estate account. If this would be possible I as the estate representative would be able to write a check from the estate account and pay my sister the third beneficiary her! /3.
