This collection company calls my work phone 4 times a day, misrepresents the dates and age of the credit account, and ignores the fact that I have disputed this account since inceptionXXXX XXXX provided me with non-functional products and attempted to charge me for them after their return to the original purchaser. Which is the original debt disputed. After calling them, escalating, etc. they decided to collect and I decided to go with a real phone company. Since then this debt has been passed multiple times and now it is with an outsourced XXXX company that uses harassment as tactics to collect on bad accounts that XXXX is likely pushing on all its clients, despite their service blacking out at my home day in day out, and them replacing my phone 3 times, which
