Credit card or prepaid card — CITIBANK, N.A. (CA)

Didn't receive advertised or promotional terms. I opened an account with Citibank around 2 years ago, after confirming with multiple people at the company that the account will be converted solely to a XXXX card. I confirmed again in XX/XX/2020, being told yes that is the situation. Im deeply disturbed by the lack of integrity taken and my former complaint was closed out with no resolution or attempt to seek a resolution. Instead, Ive been bait and switched into a very poor quality credit card, when I would rather be back with my secured card working towards a XXXX.
