The new payment and terms were confirmed in a letter from the service provider and thereafter, I proceeded to make the new monthly payments as instructed. Shellpoint : a ) Refuses to recast the mortgage ; b ) Has wrongfully impacted my credit rating ; c ) Is now no longer accepting my monthly payments ; d ) Has wrongfully marked the account as past due ( since they are refusing payments ) ; and, e ) Refuses to return my {$150000.00}.
