Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (NY)

Account status incorrect. I have 2 XXXX XXXX accounts on my credit report. I do not owe XXXX XXXX and never have i have always paid directly through my employer. one of my accounts is for my child who turned XXXX in 2020 and the XXXX XXXX case was closed. it is reporting as a charge off. there are no amounts or balances on these accounts and it reports as XXXX which is untrue they do not report the monthly payments I make that are not in default. I have disputed with the bureaus, and they say the information is accurate when it is not.
