Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — TRANSUNION INTERMEDIATE HOLDINGS, INC. (V

Account information incorrect. TransUnion is refusing to allow me access to the information that they have on file for me regarding a collections account with XXXX XXXXXXXX. I do not even know what the charge is for. Every few months I dispute it. They then perform a cursory investigation ( one time it only took them1 day to do the investigation ). I have called them and asked for the information contained in the file and they have told me that they will not send it to me. I would like to know what the charge is for.
