Public record information inaccurate. My ex-wife and I were divorced in XX/XX/XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX she filed for bankruptcy and subsequently turned over the vehicle included in that bankruptcy to Wells Fargo. After running my credit report in XX/XX/XXXX the remaining amount of the vehicle loan, {$5200.00} was applied to me. The loan in its entirety was covered under her bankruptcy which Wells Fargo confirmed with me. Since I was a co-signer, ex-wife being the primary they told me they could still collect from me. When I asked about paying it they informed me it was not payable and a closed account. They also informed me they could not remove it from my credit report. This is stopping from gaining employment in my field and purchasing a home. The {$5200.00} they are showing is the only debt
