Card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase or transfer. My account was charged {$150.00} for a money transfer on XX/XX/XXXX that was not authorized. I this was brought to my attention with in 60 days and I called the Bank of America XXXX XXXX XXXX department and was told they would file a claim for this un authorized transaction and they would cancel my card ending in XXXX and mail me a new card. Bank of America indeed did cancel my card ending in XXXX and ordered me a new card ending in XXXX. I was told this was standard protocol and it made sense to me. I was also under the impression that the unauthorized transactions where all in dispute status and I patiently waited for this process.
