Funds not handled or disbursed as instructed. On XX/XX/2021 I experienced difficulty signing in to My XXXX XXXX video, I was instructed to go online for Sign in help. I unfortunately opened a fraudulent site and the person stated how can I help with your account.. He then hacked my bank account checking and savings which I had for 31yrs ... My checking account on a monthly basis had roughly 10 transactions a month. Never doing wire transfer XXXX payments and certainly not 33 bizarre transactions and closing my account in one day.. There was absolutely no Fraud monitoring and I definitely did not get Zero liability. I hung up called chase Bank immediately and told them freeze my account. They did not they allowed my monies to be wire transferred, XXXX payments etc for 4 days!! After
