Received unwanted marketing or advertising. I did an online inquiry about refinancing my home. I began to receive multiple calls, emails, text messages from different companies. One identified themselves as my current mortgage lender. This was fraudulent. I contacted my actual mortgage lender and allowed them to run my credit for a possible refinance on XX/XX/XXXX. I was contacted yesterday from someone that identified themselves from XXXX and asked about my refinance in process. They offered additional savings. However, they reran my credit under " Factual Data '' as a hard inquiry that was not authorized. Only XXXX was authorized to run my credit. Upon further review I noticed that " Factual Data '' has run my credit on other occasions that were not authorized XXXX & XX/XX/XXXX. No other
