Threatened or suggested your credit would be damaged. In XX/XX/XXXX I was transported to the hospital by XXXX XXXX. When I received the bill I provided both my XXXX and XXXX insurance information. Around XX/XX/XXXX I received a call late at night from a very rude person saying I owe XXXX XXXX XXXX. I informed him that I don't and that not only did I provide both my insurance, you can not bill XXXX recipients separately. He said it's going to go on your credit. I said you can not do that. I provided all my information and do not owe you any money. Stop harassing me. You are calling late at night and being very rude. I informed him to remove my number from the system and send me any further communication in writing. XXXX XXXX still put me in collection.
