Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. I attempted to ask XXXX and Equifax to remove fraudulent credit inquiries after an agency illegally ran my credit WITHOUT my approval. I was told I had to give my social security number over the phone so they could verify me before they could answer any questions about my inquiry when I was only CONSIDERING refinancing my home of 35 years. I told the phone agent that I would comply since that was their business policy, but I was NOT giving permission to run it. The agent lied to me, ran it anyway and later called me and said he had come up with a great package for me!
