Their investigation did not fix an error on your report. I do not feel I am getting a fair investigation by Experian to address my concerns. I keep contacting them so that they can review the concerns I have with the reporting of the information on my credit report. I have asked them to provide me with documentation they are using to verify this information they are reporting. I have sent them such a request on XX/XX/21 and to date I have not received the information required by law. I will be filing a complaint with my state attorney general and seeking legal action if they do not provide this legally required information they claim they have for reporting this error.
