None. In the last 8 years we have tried to get help with OCWEN and now PHH. Always denied, so we filed Bankruptcy but constantly having to refile due to them refusing to help. We paid in through Bankruptcy and brought down outstanding balance to {$290000.00}. But in reduced payments by bankruptcy, we owed XXXX, but they increased the amount due to {$210000.00} making it over XXXX owed. I have tried to talk to them and file to reduce the XXXX interest rate. I have sent them letters to take back fees and payments off so we can get a mortgage. They assessed over XXXX in expenses and payments when PHH took over last year. I begged them to help due to my husband XXXX of XXXX. He died last year in XXXX. He had a lot of health issues in the last eight years that put us so behind and because of me
