Debt collection — Kriya Capital, LLC (NY)

Frequent or repeated calls. I have been receiving telephone calls from Credence debt collection agency, calling from XXXX XXXX XXXX ), two ( 2 ) to three ( 3 ) times a day, six ( 6 ) days a week for the last eleven months XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX 2021 ). They refuse to speak to me on my recorded line, hanging up when I answer and advise them they are speaking on a recorded line. Nor will they leave an explanatory phone message on my answering machine. This is exasperating for the simple reason I HAVE NO OUTSTANDING DEBT. Why is a debt collection firm calling a person who has no debts? Which I would gladly explain to them if they did not continually hang up on me. This is harassment of the worst kind.
