Credit card company won't work with you while you're going through financial hardship. I am writing today in regards to my account with Capital One account # XXXX. The reason for writing today is in regards to the late payment which is showing on my report in XX/XX/2020 and XX/XX/2020, due to Covid I was unable to make the payments. As soon as I was able to, I got my payment made and caught up.
