Was not notified of investigation status or results. I reviewed a current copy of my credit report and I show listed inaccurate or unverified accounts that are continuing to cause issues. I sent a dispute to the the creditor and also to the credit bureaus and have not received and results to investigation and it is beyond FCRA timeframe to complete dispute. The company listed is XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and account number is XXXX. I also understand that per this account that it is a direct violation for FDCPA and account is showing an open balance of {$4700.00} which per law balance must reflect as {$0.00}. This is a continued issues and I am currently attempt to purchase a home and not able to do so because of this alleged account.
