So therefore the collection account is null and void. Until I am supplied a signed contract with XXXX XXXX with my wet signature I will simply keep disputing this. Under the FCRA you have to provide substantial evidence that this is indeed mine, which providing information from the original creditor doesnt substantiate that i have a signed contract with XXXX XXXX XXXX
