I have been late before for a very long time, so I talked to someone in XX/XX/2021 the first time and told them that I was late because I'm unemployed and I will try to get the money, I did receive the and sent it but they reported it to the credit bureaus. I called again XX/XX/2021 and asked why did they report me if I'm having a hard time to pay and I did state my condition, but the lady said that I am current now on my payment but I told her that's not the point of have been called constantly from day end and day out for non payment so I would block the number but they would call on different other numbers. And she said that there is nothing that she can do since they have reported me to the credit bureau. Now this has dropped my cre
