Account information incorrect. On XX/XX/XXXX my credit score adjusted to XXXX, And stayed that way until XX/XX/XXXX, and dropped XXXX points for no reason. There has been no negative activity for that week or even the last month. In addition the information that was reported that week was all positive. A collection had fallen off and balances went down on 2 of my accounts. There is no substantial evidence to support lowering my credit score. I have spoken to Equifax and they did not nor did they try to help me. Your system would not let inset the last 4 of my social security number It is XXXX.
