Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. Ive send letters to the companies and they have not responded, legally the bureaus have 30 days to respond and they have not provided validation nor authentication of anything, I am extremely concerned they are reporting fraudulent information on my credit report, and not complying as per the FCRA, the bureaus are under breach of the law. I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engalhardt v. Gravers ( Mo ) 281 SW 715, 719. I may presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact exists. Please remove all fraudulent inquiries and accounts as I have no knowledge of any of these accounts due to the XXXX data breach/ identity theft, all is being investigated by the FTC .
