Charged for a purchase or transfer you did not make with the card. I have a prepaid card from Bank of America that I get my XXXX payments on. My card info was stolen and on XX/XX/2021 someone was able to withdraw {$900.00} out of my account. I contacted Bank of America within minutes of it happening because I received a text alert and explained to them that I was at home with my card in my purse and I did not do that transaction nor have I ever let anyone else use my card. I filed a claim along with a police report but they are refusing to reimburse me. This has been devastating for me and I really need help resolving this matter and getting my money back.
