Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (CA)

Problem canceling credit monitoring or identify theft protection service. Experian keeps retaining credit card information on consumers and tricking them into signing up for paid memberships every time a consumer logs in or checks their credit report. I've repeatedly asked Experian to remove my credit card information from their system and my profile, because I have a free account and am not interested in their paid memberships. They refuse to remove my credit card information and I keep inadvertently getting signed up for unwanted paid memberships. Experian refuses to acknowledge my concerns and request because this is a scam that they use to gain profits off consumers monitoring their credit reports.
