Investigation took more than 30 days. Purchased a new XXXX truck around XXXX of XXXX. Truck was totaled in auto accident XXXX of XXXX. XXXX XXXX received money from insurance company and released vehicle. A small balance was left but no statement was sent to inform me of the balance. 90 days passed before I was made aware and XXXX XXXX had flagged my acct as 90 days past due. I immediately paid the balance in full. I have disputed this numerous times and spent countless hours on phone with XXXX explaining the issue to no avail. The acct also continued to show {$0.00} past due after balance was paid in full. Please have the XXXX accounts removed from my credit reports.
