Debt collection — California Business Bureau, Inc. (CA)

Debt is not yours. California Business Bureau is claiming that I owe them more than {$500.00} for medical visits at at various hospitials. They are refusing to send me the original documentation that includes my information and patient information. I had insurance at the time of this incident so I should not owe them
