Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — Experian Information Solutions Inc. (AZ)

Investigation took more than 30 days. On XX/XX/2021. I certified mailed my dispute to remove three collections account that are not mine. I requested debt verification as these three collections are not mine. I have attempted on 2 occasions to contact Experian get these debts verified and had no luck.To this day I have not received a reply or my investigation results or any acknowledgment that an investigation has begun not even on my credit reports.
