Company closed your account. On XX/XX/2021 I went to make a purchase and my citibank credit card was declined. I contacted Citibank thinking it was a fraud situation only discover they closed my account. I have had this account for 22 years and never had an issue other fraudulent activity that caused the account to change numbers. I called the company and they could neither tell me what caused my account to close nor why I was not provided with advance warning. I also came to learn they cancelled my other citibank credit card had also been cancelled. I elevated the call twice but no one would assist me. This is my oldest account and because of it's closure will surely cause my credit score to go down from where I have it. Credit card companies should provide advance notice of the closure a
