Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. I went to a garage on XX/XX/2020. tried to fix my car. The mechanic couldn't figure out what the problem was but still asked me to pay the inspection fee. I asked him how much he said {$25.00} but the bill was actually {$120.00}. I didn't sign the receipt and they didn't even give me a receipt. Basically I didn't authorize the payment, so I tried to dispute this to Bank of America twice but they couldn't do anything to help.
