Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (VA)

Was not notified of investigation status or results. I called Equifax on XXXX and spoke with XXXX. I advised him that my credit card was not reporting on my credit and asked to dispute inquires on my report. He advised me that he could not do anything about either. My XXXX XXXX account is not reporting on my Equifax report, it is on all the other credit reporting agencies. Equifax is the reason that I spent months getting my card reactivated as they said I reported it as fraud, which was never the case. Finally after I got that fixed they stated they would put it back on my report, however that has not occurred for a year now. I want my report to be accurate and Equifax is failing to do that.
