Vehicle loan or lease — HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK, THE (PA)

Billing problem. A {$2600.00} overpayment has not been refunded. Account shows {$0.00} balance. I have a cancelled check from XXXX that shows Huntington National Bank deposited it. I talked to a customer service representative on XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. The first representative in XXXX said if it wasn't on the account then it wasn't deposited. I asked my auto dealer if they sent a check for the refund and they said they sent the check on my behalf and gave me a PDF of the cancelled check. I called Huntington back on XX/XX/XXXX with the PDF of the cancelled check and a loan representative was able to verify it was deposited. She said she would send a refund in 5 days.
