Problem with personal statement of dispute. I sent a dispute letter for an account on my credit dated for XXXX, reporting inaccurate information and not following the guidelines this account is showing a past due balance on a collection account it my understanding that anything being reported has to be correct you can not owe on a collection account no one has responded to my request about this matter i would like this account removed immediately
