Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement. Dear Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, The following information is what I faxed to Citi-Card Bank over my Billing Error Dispute with XXXX XXXX XXXX - XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, in the amount of {$4300.00}. This dispute was originally opened on XXXX, and is still under review to this day ( over a year later ). I have attached several statements that will verify that this dispute has been re-opened and under review since XX/XX/2020.
