Debt collection — Paypal Holdings, Inc (CA)

Debt was paid. On XX/XX/XXXX Paypal initiated an EFT of {$110.00} from my XXXX XXXX Account without my permission for a debt NOT owed and repeatedly disputed. Shocked by their email confirming the payment, I immediately called XXXX XXXX to return the payment to my account. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX Paypal confirmed that 'Your bank declined the funds transfer on XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ' stating " Your recently attempted to transfer funds from your bank account to your PayPal account. '' Outraged by their audacity to allege attempts I never made, I instructed XXXX XXXX to 'STOP ANY PAYMENTS TO PAYPAL XXXX ' On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX PayPal again attempted an unauthorized EFT from my account stating : " Thank you for paying your XXXX account balance. '' They continue to make up these statements with no proof &
