Credit reporting, credit repair services, or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (CA)

Difficulty submitting a dispute or getting information about a dispute over the phone. XXXX, Equifax and XXXX are reportingXXXX derogatory accounts on my credit report with no Creditor listed. I am unable to send out a validation request because I am unaware who is reporting these accounts or if these accounts even belong to me. I have sent XXXX dispute letters to Equifax, XXXX and XXXX since XX/XX/2020 asking them to investigate these accounts and I have not yet received a written response or see any updates on my credit report.
